I tried cleaning the printhead first before finally replacing the printhead. But still, it won’t work. This is a bad investment for us. This printer was worth almost 20K. It was meant to be thrown away if not working anymore.
HP should have designed it to still function even without the printhead and function as a scanner. Yet, during the resetting of the printer, it always goes through checking the printhead first in the first step.
Anyway, I still am pondering if I will throw this printer or just throw it away.
Printhead replaced 11 August 2023. Did not function anymore.
