WHO CAN JOIN:
The Run is open to everyone, ages five (5) to seventy-five (75) years old who can endure the course of the run. Children below sixteen (16) years old must be accompanied by their parents and/or guardian. Senior citizens joining the event must preferably have companions with them.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
- Registration will run from September 17 to October 1, 2022. All entries will be received until 12MN of October 1, 2022.
- Entries with false information will be disqualified.
- Transfer of registration to another person is not allowed.

FUN RUN MECHANICS:
- Each runner MUST WEAR THEIR ISSUED-SINGLET AND RACE BIB.
- Participants will be splashed with colors at the start, during the run AT EVERY COLOR STATION and upon finishing the course.
- For protection, runners must wear sunglasses, bandana or face mask.
- Each participating runner can bring his/her own water bottle for safety reasons.
- Those with special medical condition/needs are advised to coordinate with or inform the secretariat for further instructions.
- In all phases of the fun run, PLEASE OBSERVE THE MINIMUM HEALTH AND SAFETY
PROTOCOLS.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Singlet
- Sunglasses – to protect your eyes from the dust/paint
- Caps – to protect your hair, unless you want them colored too
- Bandana or Face mask – to protect your face
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Arrive at least one (1) hour before the start time to allot additional time for COVID19 screening protocols and registration.
- Proceed to the designated “HEALTH SCREENING AND REGISTRATION” area for registration and present your (online) health declaration form (HDF) and COVID19 vaccination card.
- Wear your issued singlet and race bibs.
- Participants are required to run the designated route. The participants will be disqualified outright if the designated route was not followed or if the run course was altered.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own (filled-up) water bottle for the run.
- USE OF MUSIC DEVICES (headphones, earbuds, earplugs) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Littering is strictly prohibited.
- The Organizers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations / re-
schedule / change the date in case of fortuitous event/s or situation/s.
HEALTH SCREENING PROTOCOLS
- Runners are required to present their vaccination cards to the organizing committee/secretariat upon arrival/registration. NO VACCINATION CARD, NO RUN.
- Temperature scan checks will be conducted upon arrival at the event area. Any person with a body temperature reading of 37.5 degrees C or higher will not be permitted to join the run.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- Mask on at all times, EXCEPT when racing/running. Masks must be worn during the Zumba warm-up and cooling down.
- Masks on at the starting line, runners will only be allowed to remove their mask two hundred (200) meters after leaving the starting line.
- Runners MUST have their mask on once they reach the finish line.
- As far as practicable, physical distancing must still be maintained except when running as a family and/or group coming from the same household or bubble.
- Practice regular hand disinfection.
- Runners who fail to observe these protocols, despite being reminded, will be asked to leave the race immediately.
FACILITIES
BAG COUNTER
- Bag counter/check will be available during the event.
MEDICAL - An EMS team who are ready to respond to any medical situation will be on a
standby at the start/finish line area.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE - Food and drinks will be available after the run but water stations are provided during the run.
SANITIZING STATION - A sanitizing station will be available at the start/finish line area and at designated color stations. Sanitize regularly.
AWARDING
▪ The Fun Run is timed for the top 3 runners.
▪ A CHAMPION’S MEDAL and a Finisher’s Certificate, and a CASH PRIZE will be awarded to the CHAMPION. A 1ST RUNNER UP MEDAL, Finisher’s Certificate, and Token for the 1st Runner-Up, and a 2 ND RUNNER UP MEDAL, Finisher’s Certificate, and Token for the second Runner-Up (Male and Female Category).
▪ All participants will receive a Finisher’s Certificate.
