There was a Tropical Storm “Maring” when I got jabbed with my second dose of Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine at Baguio Country Club. There were even road closures. Aside from road closures, there were major power interruptions.

The original schedule was supposed to be last 11 October 2021 but it was moved on 12 October 2021.
I thought there were only a few people but when I arrived, I had a hard time looking for parking spots along the road but I was able to find one and I had to walked uphill again.
Upon arriving, there was already many people sitting on a waiting area at the basement of Baguio Country Club Convention Center. I arrived around 9AM. I was able to get my BP rating around 12PM. I was able to watch a full movie while waiting.
And, the usual thing happened to me similar with my first jab with regards to my BP. My first BP was 170/120. Then, waiting again. 160/120 was the next using manual method. After 10 minutes, my third BP became 130/110 which was good already for vaccination.
Finally, at around 1:30PM, I finally got jabbed for my 2nd dose of SINOVAC COVID-19 vaccine with Typhoon Maring still ongoing.
It was also still brownout when I arrived home. And, electricity was good already around 1AM of 13 October 2021.

And, as of this posting, no drastic effects encountered since 12 October 2021.
