Advisory For Baguio Travelers

Since Baguio City already opened its doors for travelers, it is still good to know the rules that are being implemented for all travelers.

Below is the latest advisory as posted on the PIO Baguio City Facebook page.

On Localized Entry Protocols in Baguio City while on Restricted Status
Effective 26 October 2020
☝️All inbound travelers shall register online at and upload documentary requirements as listed. (See attached advisory)
ℹ OFWs and those from abroad shall follow procedure on Baguio Residents Returning from Travels Outside of the City (see attached advisory).
A. Baguio Residents who will be going out of the city and coming back:
1.Register online at prior to your travel to avoid hassle at the checkpoint
2. Upload Medical Certificate, valid government issued ID and negative result/s of test conducted within the last 30 days prior to travel
💡Make sure you have QR code (printed or cellphone screenshot) before you leave. The QR code will be checked at the border since Travel Authority is no longer required.
B.Locally Stranded Individuals going to their home cities/provinces and Baguio residents who will be staying out of the city for more than a month shall get Travel Authority at the Baguio Athletic Bowl (present barangay endorsement and medical certificate from district health center)
💡The PFVR Gym and Baguio Athletic Bowl shall remain operational for this purpose until 30 October 2020 only. Thereafter, applications for outbound Travel Authority, if any, shall be at the Baguio City Police Office.
