Pacquiao defeated Thurman this year, 2019.
I know this is not a runner post but I think it is befitting to post a non-running post once in a while especially if it pertains to an eventual win of an icon, Senator Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao.
Senator Pacquiao or more popularly known as “Pacman” did it again. On his second fight for this year 2019, he was able to defeat “One Time”, the boxing moniker of Keith Thurman.
He defeated Adrien Boner last 19 January 2019 and today, his second fight for 2019, was historic because Keith Thurman was an undefeated boxer. He was able to used his strong punches again have Thurman taste his first defeat on this WBA welterweight match via a split decision with scores of 113-114 (Glen Feldman), 115-112 (Dave Moretti), and 115-112 (Tim Cheatham).
Pacquiao is the only boxer in history that has been a title holder in 8 divisions of boxing. He was able to knock out the brash Thurman in the first round of the Pacquiao-Thurman 2019 boxing fight.
